Narval ili jednorogi kit, težak je oko 1.5. tona staniste mu je oko Artika i severni deo , ( Grenland , Svalbar) stalno je uz ploveći led . 
Hrani se ribama , rakovima .. 
Najveći neprijatelj su mu čovek i orka - kit ubica 
Polno su zreli od 5-8 godine života . 
Mužijak nije neki romantik pa takoo da ima i više ženki za parenje . 
Mama narval nosi oko 15. meseci i rodi jednu bebu retko dve . 
Životnio vek ovog kita o kome se neto malo i zna je oko 40. god . Žive u grupama i ima ih okko 20. 
Ono sto je veoma retko  je narval sa dva roga .
